I hated working out. The thought of me working out made everyone I know die laughing. After ONE session with Jamie, my entire mindset changed. ONE SESSION! She is so supportive, listens to you and your body, and pushes you in just the right way. You finally believe you can do it. I work out 3x a week with her now and I’m actually excited to go! (Plus I eat so much healthier now too! My body is so grateful.)
